I just wanted to let you know I visited your shop in Debenhams city centre Manchester today and received excellent customer service from a young lady called Martina.
The service she provided was thorough and unrushed and extremely polite throughout. I was very happy with the repairs she did for me and all in all it was a pleasure to be served by her today.
If you have staff awards I would highly recommend her for one.
