Took my watch into Coventry (West Orchard) for a repair, replacement of screw. Unable to find screw, apparently discontinued. Suggested I sent it away to be repaired, I agreed and asked for new battery. Screw replaced free of charge and paid only for battery. Delighted. Must also mention the 2 Ladies I dealt with at the kiosk, extremely helpful and cheerful to boot, well done ladies.
