I would like to take this opportunity to give you some feedback on the fantastic customer service I received from David at your In-time shop at Tesco Inshes Inverness today, David went above & beyond to mend my watch strap,by actually cutting & shaping 2 extra metal links which would have taken him time & a lot of patience! David is a true gentleman always so cheerful,helpful & very popular with cutomers & staff alike, definitely an asset to your company!!
