Post Your Watch Or Jewellery In For Repair

HOW TO POST TO US

When sending a watch or jewellery item to In-Time for repair the below address must be used. We do not accept customers at our main workshop. Please use our branch locator instead to find your nearest In-Time. Please clearly label your package and include contact details and your return address:

1. Post your item(s) to us

Fill out our Send Your Repair form and include your details inside your package. Securely package your item(s) to avoid damage using bubble wrap or crushed paper. Please do not include the original presentation box as we cannot guarantee its return.

2. We inspect your item(s) for FREE

A watch or jewellery technician will carry out a thorough inspection of your items, free of charge. Our customer services team will then contact you with the price for repair.

3. We repair your item(s)

After payment has been taken your item(s) will then be repaired by a qualified watch or jewellery technician.

4. We return your item(s)

By Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once your repairs are completed we will return your items, postage paid, with our compliments. All item(s) are returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature.
