Please use the following instructions to ensure that your watch/jewellery is sent to our Central Workshop securely:
Please protect your watch/jewellery by wrapping it in bubble wrap or crushed paper and placing it in an appropriate sized cardboard box or padded envelope. Do not send the original presentation box as this may be damaged while in transit and we cannot guarantee to return it with your completed repair. Please ensure that you include a copy of the email you have been sent and any additional details in relation to your watch/jewellery.
Please make sure to include your contact details and return address within your parcel. We will contact you as soon as we receive your item at our workshop.
The address to send your parcel to is listed at the bottom of this page. Please take your parcel to the Post Office and ensure that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
What happens next?
Once we receive your watch/jewellery at our Central Workshop it will be booked in to our system, with any existing damage outlined at the time. Any existing damage on your watch or jewellery will be outlined, at the point of receipt.
Next your watch/jewellery will be thoroughly inspected by one of our experts. An estimate for any repairs will then be communicated to yourself, via phone or email.
We will never carry out any work without your consent. Work will not be carried out until agreed by you and after payment has been taken. If you do not wish to proceed with any repairs your item(s) will be returned to you, postage paid, with our compliments.
