Ordering & Payment
The information contained here applies to products including watch straps & bracelets purchased via the online store section of our website plus watch repairs provided by post.
Online ordering
In-Time endeavour to make ordering online as simple as possible.
Once you have placed an online order for a watch strap/bracelet you will see an on screen Order Summary. Please check the details carefully to ensure you have selected the desired colour, lug width, length and buckle colour. In-Time recommend you print a copy of your order summary for your records. If you notice an error after placing your order please contact In-Time immediately on 01704 501600. Please ensure you quote the order reference number to assist in tracing the order.
Direct deliveries usually take up to 48 hours. For collection from branch orders you will be contacted by your selected branch to arrange a mutually convenient date/time for collection and free fitting.

Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. If you call when the office is closed please leave your name, phone number and a short message. Our customer services team reply to all emails as quickly as possible and within 48 hours.
Watch Straps & Bracelets bought online will be either available for collection from your selected branch or delivered direct to your nominated delivery point. Please note the product you have selected may be on sale at a higher or lower price at a branch near you.
