I left my watch or Jewellery at a store situated inside a Debenhams which won’t be reopening after lockdown, how do I get my item back?

All items have been returned to our main workshop for safety and security reasons and for any outstanding works to be completed. Contact our In-Time team at customerservices@intime.co.uk or call 01704 501 600 and we can discuss arrangements to get your item returned to you.

My local In-Time store is located in a Debenhams store does this mean you will also be closing?

All of our branches situated inside a Debenhams store will be closing when the that Debenhams store closes. We are currently assessing our position and seeking alternative locations where these are viable and at this time we are unable to provide any further information with regards to specific locations. Please be assured that we are still offering our post to workshop service and you can expect the same high level of service as experienced in our stores.
