Most Lacoste battery replacements can be completed at your local In-Time branch, whilst you enjoy a free hot drink (in participating stores). Our branches are fully equipped to handle most watch repairs for Lacoste watches. Batteries can usually be completed within an hour and you can get your free hot drink (at participating stores). We don’t require any appointments so just pop in with your Lacoste watch for a free repair quote. Our branches are located in popular shopping centres and cities such as: Leeds, London, Birmingham and Sheffield. Whilst we can complete most repairs on branch more complex Lacoste repairs may need to be sent off to our main workshop.

Whilst we can complete many repairs at our branches we may need to forward your Lacoste watch onto our main workshop for more complex repairs, such as: dial restoration, replacement glass and bezel, full servicing and other major repairs. You can also choose to save yourself a journey and post your watch straight to our main workshop instead. Our workshop features dedicated repair areas for different types of repairs, including: quartz watch repairs, mechanical watch repairs and jewellery repairs. We employ high quality watch technicians and goldsmiths which ensures that your repairs are always completed to the highest quality. If you send your watch or jewellery straight to our main workshop we will inspect your item free of charge and provide you with a free repair quote. If you are not happy with the price quoted we will return your item(s), postage paid, with out compliments.
