Just a quick note to say a massive thank you to the gentleman who fixed my watch strap today (19/052019).

He was very kind courteous and professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled.

Going to him was a recommendation from a friend and he will now be getting my custom for life as well as many recommendations to my friends and family.

Just to let you know the ring has arrived back safe and sound.

I visited Debenhams on Sunday to buy a replacement Hirsch Watch Strap. The consultant, Chloe, was just so professional, courtious and helpful. Not only did she fit the watch strap but she also replaced the buckle with the original fastening on my watch. All of this done quickly and with a smile. Very refreshing in these troubled times. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I have to let whoever deals with staff know ,I was so impressed with a lady in Debenhams Middlesbrough branch ,I spoke to re repairs to a Swarovski item ,not a watch.She was so helpful went above and beyond to find the correct place to help me .a credit to the dept.

30/3/19. Visited your store in Debenhams today to have a new battery put in my watch. I was very pleased with the service i had been shown while in store. Staff had been very approachable, polite and answer all the questions i had about my watch and some of the services you offer in store. Earlier today I took my watch to Debenhams in Staines Upon Thames to have a replacement Battery fitted.
The level of Service provided to me by your relief Manager there – Ryan Steele – was excellent. Not only did he fit the Battery in a timely way, he delayed his lunch to do so. Upon collecting my watch I decided to buy a new strap as well and Ryan fitted this for me as well.
His professional manner and the courteous way that he dealt with me was a credit to himself and your company.
